John Melek, MD, MSc.

Dr. John Melek is a dedicated physician with a rich background in medical education, surgical training, and compassionate patient care. He graduated from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, where he earned his medical degree. He then completed his surgical residency at the renowned Alexandria Main University Hospital.
After relocating to the United States, Dr. Melek trained at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, an institution affiliated with the University of Chicago. He later moved to Texas, where he began serving the North Dallas community through The Beloved Medicine Clinic, focusing on delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
Recognizing the growing need for pain management services, Dr. Melek dedicated his expertise to helping patients suffering from acute and chronic pain throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex by starting The Beloved Interventional Pain Center. He is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pain Management, a testament to his extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence in his field.
Dr. Melek is widely respected for his compassion, his deep respect for his patients, and his ability to deliver outstanding results. He specializes in performing advanced procedures for pain management, including treatments for neuropathic pain related to diabetes, neuralgia, and other conditions.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Melek is an avid reader with interests spanning world history, Church history, and other topics. His dedication to lifelong learning and holistic patient care has made him a trusted and valued member of the healthcare community.
